Returns:

pHK Bio will be happy to accept returns on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If item is unavailable a credit will be issued to your account. You will be notified when your account has been credited. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics or brushes unless damaged.

Simply enclose a copy of your order and include your name, address, email address, and explanation for the return. Here at pHK Bio, we are committed to excellent customer service and an explanation will be helpful in continuing our dedication to customer satisfaction!

Immediately upon receipt of any damaged products, a credit or exchange will be made. Please allow enough time for us to process your request.
