Ordering:

We offer secure payment online and proudly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

We use the highest level of encryption technology (128 bit SSL encryption) to ensure your personal information is safely passed to us and ONLY us for your transactions.

Shipping:

pHK Bio offers FREE UPS GROUND on all orders $75 or more in the Continental United States (tax excluded).

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (non-holidays).

All orders of in-stock merchandise placed before 11 A.M. EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11 A.M. EST will be shipped the following business day.

Please allow the appropriate time for shipping. Generally, 3-5 days for orders shipped via UPS Standard Ground.

Orders cannot be shipped to APO or PO Boxes. Orders shipped to AK and HI may take longer, for shipping fees outside of the Continental United States you may call 410.517.3003 or e-mail hklatsky@comcast.net for fees.

If the order is placed and no correspondence is received the order will be shipped automatically and the shipping fees will apply.

Returns:

pHK Bio will accept returns/exchanges on any merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail hklatsky@comcast.net with your order # and explanation and a return approval # will be sent. A merchandise credit must be used for other products. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If item is unavailable a credit will be issued to your account. You will be notified when your account has been credited.

Simply first e-mail and wait for your approval #, enclose a copy of your order and include your name, address, email address, and explanation for the return. Here at pHK Bio, we are committed to excellent customer service and an explanation will be helpful in continuing our dedication to customer satisfaction!

Immediately upon receipt of any products, a credit or exchange will be made. Please allow enough time for us to process your request.
