pHK Bio offers FREE shipping on all orders $75 or more in the Continental United States (tax excluded).
Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (non-holidays).
All orders of in-stock merchandise placed before 11 A.M. EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11 A.M. EST will be shipped the following business day.
Please allow the appropriate time for shipping. Generally, 3-5 days for most orders shipped within the U.S.
Orders cannot be shipped to APO or PO Boxes. Orders shipped to AK and HI may take longer, for shipping fees outside of the Continental United States you may call 410.517.3003 or e-mail:hklatsky@comcast.net
for fees. You may also go to http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html for International Exchange Rates. If the order is placed and no correspondence is received the order will be shipped automatically and the shipping fees will apply.
Returns:
pHK Bio will accept returns/exchanges on any merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges.

Add your order # and explanation and a return approval will be evaluated. A merchandise credit must be used for other products if approved. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If item is unavailable a credit will be issued to your account. You will be notified when your account has been credited.
Simply first e-mail and wait for your approval #, enclose a copy of your order and include your name, address, email address, and explanation for the return. Here at pHK Bio, we are committed to excellent customer service and an explanation will be helpful in continuing our dedication to customer satisfaction!
Immediately upon receipt of any products with the pre-approval #, an exchange will be made (shipping charges will apply). Please allow enough time for us to process your request.
